Tas Kabab ( 4 servings )

Ingredients:
- Stewing lamb 500g
- Potato 400g
- Carrot 400g
- Onions 2 medium
- Tomato paste 2 spoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric 1 teaspoon


Thinly slice the onion and fry them with oil over medium heat until golden. Cut the meat into 1 inche cubes and add to onions. After two minutes add turmeric,black pepper. Stir well, then after one minute add 2-3 cup of water and bring it to boil. Simmer gently for 1 hour. Peel the potato and carrot and cut into small pieces (2 cm cubes),then add them to meat and also add salt and tomato paste and simmer for half an hour. Serve it with bread.
