Zereshk polow ( 4 servings )

- Basmati rice 3 cup
- Chicken 800g
- Barberries 4 spoon
- saffron 1 teaspoon
- Onion 1 large
- Chicken stock 2 pieces
- Suger 1 spoon
- Tomato paste 1 spoon

Pour 3-4 glass af water into the pot. remove the skin from chicken wash it and add it to water. Peel Onion and cut it into two pieces and add it to chicken. Also add chicken stocks and tomato paste to the pot. Bring it to boil and let it cook for 1.5-2 hours (there should remain 1 glass of water). Cook rice using the recipe given for Kateh. Wash barberries and drain the water. Add suger to barberries and fry with 1 teaspoon oil over low heat. Pour 2-3 spoon of hot water in a bowl, add saffron and mix well. Add cooked rice to the bowl and mix well. when serveing rice decorate it by saffron-rice and barberries on top of it.
