Loobia Polow ( 4 servings )

Ingredients:
- Basmati rice 3 cup
- Ground Lamb 300g
- Green bean 400g
- Onion 1 large
- Tomato paste 2 spoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon

Finely chop onion and fry it with oil over medium heat until golden. Add ground meat into onion and stir for 2 minutes, then add salt, turmeric and black pepper. Wash the green beans and cut it into 1-2 cm pieces then add them to the pan. Stir for 5 minutes then add tomato paste and mix well. Add 2 cup of water and bring it to boil. Let it cook for 1 hour. Pour rice into non-stick pan. Add 5 cup of water and bring it to boil over high heat until the water level sink below rice level. Then add the meat-mix into the rice and mix well. Cover and cook over very low heat for half an hour.
