Salad olivieh (3 serving )

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 2 medium
- Cooked Chicken breast 500gr
- Carrot 1 medium
- Dill cucumber 100gr
- Cooked Egg 4
- Mayonnaise 300gr
- Salt ½ teaspoon

Cook potatoes in water. Peel them then grate them. Cut chicken into very small pieces and add them to potatoes. Grate carrot, dill cucumbers and cooked egg and add them all to potatoes. Add mayonnaise and salt and mix well. Put it in refrigerator for 1 hour then serve it with.
