Kebab Chenjeh ( 2 servings )

Ingredients:
- Lamb 1kg
- Onion 1 large
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Fresh lime juice 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato 4 large
- yoghurt 1/2 cup ( optional )

First you have to prepare the marinade. Chop the onions into small pieces and add olive oil, lime juice, salt, black pepper. mix them well. Cut the lamb into 1 inche cubes and add them into the marinade.If you like you can add yoghurt to it. Then cover the container and put it in refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Thread lamb and tomatoes on skewers. Brush the lamb with marinade. Barbecue lamb and tomatoes. This is a Iranian delicious kebab which can be served with rice or without.
