Chicken mushroom stew ( 4 servings )


Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 400gr
- Eggplants 2
- Mushroom 200 gr
- Tomato paste  1spoon
- Onion  1 small
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper ½ teaspoon
- Turmeric ½ teaspoon

Wash chicken and cut it into 5cm cubic pieces. Chop onion thinly and fry it in oil. After 3 minutes add chicken and tomato paste and mix. Add 2 cup of water and let it boil over low heat for 1 hour. Peel eggplants and cut them into medium pieces,  fry them in abundant oil. Wash mushroom and slice them thinly. Add eggplants and mushroom to chicken and let it cook for other 20 minutes.
Serve it with rice.
