Egg and Ham Sandwich ( 4 servings )

Ingredients:
Egg 2
Lean ham steak  8
Tomato 1 medium
Cucumber 1 medium
Mayonnaise 1 spoon
Cream cheese 1 spoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Toasted buns 6

Cook egg in water for 10-15 minutes. Peel egg and contuse using fork. Add cream cheese and salt to egg and mix. Set it aside. cut each toasted buns into 2 triangle pieces. Put 1 spoon of egg mixture on toasted bun and put one more toasted bun on it. Slice tomato and cucumber thinly. Cut lean ham steak like triangle and put it on the toasted bun, put a little mayonnaise on it then put tomato and cucumber, put one more ham steak and at the end put the last toasted bun. Continue to prepare 4 sandwiches. Serve this sandwich cold.
