Eggplant Dish ( 2 servings )

Ingredients:
Eggplant 2 large and thin
Bell pepper 1 small
Chicken breast 400gr
Onion one small
Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon

Finely chop onion and fry in oil, cut chicken breasts into small cubic pieces and add them to pan. Add salt, turmeric, black pepper to the pan. Peel eggplants and cut them into small pieces, also cut bell pepper and add them to the pan, fry for 10 minutes then add half cup of water and let simmer for 10 minutes until all water have gone. Then serve it with bread.
