Oven baked chicken thighs ( 3 servings )

- Chicken thighs 3-4
- Potato 4-5 medium size
- Mozzarella cheese 100gr
- Onion 2 large
- Fresh limes 6,7
- Tahini 3 spoon
- Turmeric 1 teaspoon
- Black peppr ½ teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon

At first you have to prepare the marinade. Chop onion into small pieces. Add turmeric, salt, black pepper, lime juice, tahini to onions. Dip chicken thighs in marinade and cover it and put in refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Transfer chicken thighs to a greased baking dish. Put in pre-heated oven at 375 for 45 minutes. Peel potatoes and cut each one into halves and boil in water for 20 minutes until they’re cooked. Set them in a baking dish sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the potatoes and put in pre-heated oven at 375 for 10 minutes until the cheeses became golden.
Serve chicken thighs, potatoes to gather and design with olives and tomato and dill cucumber.
